Hotel Varanasi Heritage

Horrible is an understatement. They gave us a room without any window. Changed later. No hot water on first day. ********** in both day’s breakfast. Absolutely forgettable experience.

Not satisfied. Even though booking. Booking one month and calling from train on same day hotel gave us room on 3 pm instead of 12. 30 pm. Water supply in the morning was close in flush. Toilet seat was broken after complaining they didn't take any action. 2 nd day morning they supply boiling water nobody can take bath. I recommend nobody to book this hotel.

Food was good. Rooms are very small and hardly any space to move. There is a problem in getting hot water as the bathroom does not have an individual geyser.

There was delay in check in and it was close to delay by two hours rooms were not ready and we were not greeted well in the hotel no one was there to take care

Room: very clean room. All essentials were present in the room and the bathroom. A little small, but given that the room is nicely furnished, it is worth the money charged. Location: around 350m from assi ghat, it is perfectly located near the ganga ghat, easily walkable from the hotel. There are restaurants around, but we ate at the hotel, so cannot comment on that. Staff: the staff were the best. We checked in quite late and were running late for evening aarti. The staff at the reception suggested we first see the aarti and then come back to check-in. That was a very kind gesture. They assured us that our luggage would be safe and we need not worry, and we can go ahead and enjoy the aarti. Otherwise, very courteous and polite. Provided guidance around the city as well. Food: the restaurant in the hotel is quite good. Good variety of food available and the quality is excellent. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The location is excellent. The infrastructure is upto date. Easy to find. Very near to assi ghat. Good

The place is really close to ghat. All the staff available is humble and helpful and understands the needs of travelers as well as tourists. There are ***y famous spots to eat nearby. Facilities are up to date and property is well maintained. Overall we had a great time staying with hotel varanasi heritage.

Positives 1. The hotel was very clean and so were the rooms. 2. Staff very helpful and attentive. 3. Location is very good, quite close to assi ghat 4. The restaurant food is quite tasty negative 1. The room was very small 2. They didn't clean our room on the second day of our visit 3. Rules are very weird, they refused to give complementary water bottles outside of the 12 pm to 4pm window.

Good location if you want to stay close to assi ghat but parking is difficult. Limited breakfast option starts late 8. 30-10. 30. Staff service for breakfast is good. Overall good stay at crowded old city.
