Sheets were stained and not cleaned for the whole 4 days, I had to constantly ask for new towels, toilet paper, soap, water, as nothing was served automatically. Breakfast was fine - eggs and toast. I paid for laundry and they double charged me.

The hotel did not resemble the pictures at all. The water cut out, and the room had clearly not been cleaned or maintained. The rooms were dirty and poorly kept. In addition to this, the rooms are far too expensive. During the day, there was loud maintenance work, and the stairwell was full of clutter.

Taxi Could not even drive to hotel and had to drop us at an intersection for a rickshaw to take us to hotel. After several attempts the ricky could not even reach the hotel. Customer service is POOR and Phone calls to the hotels phone were UNANSWERED so we were forced to find another hotel. I was not able to get back a full rebate

Worst and most unprofessional hotel. We checked in late at night 10.30PM IST ***ager mr Sharma allocated the room to someone else and was really quick to accommodate us in another shady hotel close by. Other than location nothing else its very steep stairs we need to climb to reach. After 20days of follow up they shared email with cleartrip for our cancellation done by them and then we received refund.

We were well received by the reception and other staff. On the other hand, a little sad that the room was in the condition it was in, with poor drainage in the shower and general dirtyness in the room. All service was okay but a bit stressful with the hotel transfer to the airport because our car was not there on time.

ホテルの場所は地図では探すことができず、車を降りてからも15分程度歩かなければならず、辿り着くのは難しい。施設は古いが、ここから眺めるガンジス川は絶景。ルーフトップのレストランの味も良く、やはり景色は最高。スタッフは温かく親切。
普通のホテルでは味わえないバラナシならではの滞在ができる。

ディワリ(日本の大晦日兼元旦？)当日に宿泊しました。プージャを観た後、ホテルに戻ったら、バラモンの方が来てホテルの従業員で儀式をしていました。支配人が私を見つけると、参加させていただきました。まさか、自分が儀式に参加できるとは思いもよらなかったので、とても素晴らしい体験でした！ どの従業員も話し易いです。部屋はちょっとお高めのガンガービューを取りましたが、これが正解！窓を開けてガンガーで生活する人たちの喧騒に耳を傾けながら昼寝するなんて、特別な経験でした。立地も川沿いを歩けば上流、下流、どちらにもアクセスが良いです！ 部屋によるかも知れませんが、インド水準であればかなり清潔です。臭いもありません。虫は川沿いで光に寄ってきてしまうので、多少はしょうがない。 お湯も普通にでます。桶に溜めて使うタイプですが、直接身体を流すことも可能です。 バックパッカー向けには最高です！普通の旅行者にはどうでしょうかね？日本のホテルを期待しなければ大丈夫です。 ルーフテラスがあるますが、これも最高。私はディワリの花火をずーっと楽しんでました。

“Great location ” The location is awesome. Just the bank of river ganga. How every it's a pain to reach at the property. From main road you have to walk almost 1 km. And the lane is very narrow. Walking is the only option to reach from main road. Staffs behaviour is just awesome.. very co operative.
