Before visiting this Hotel i came across some of the mixed reviews. But after seeing the room pics, i was determined the hotel would be good by ignoring the negative comments passed by the customer. The Day i visited the hotel and checked the standard room, all my worst nightmares came into life, Rooms are very dirty, bed are not clean, Cigarette buds on the floor. Since I didn't have an option as I paid the full money, I requested the hotel manager to give me a better room...but they gave me a deluxe room which was on the 4th Floor by charging an extra amount. Worst part is that the Hotel doesn't have lift and it was very difficult for my father to go through such an experience who is 74 years old. the Delux room which was allocated to me had mosquitos on top of that room phone was dead. After several follow ups there was no conclusion. They also have restaurants wherein the food is expensive. I tried a cup of tea which cost me somewhere around 80 or 90 RS, so called Masala Tea and it wasn't up to the mark, street tea is far better than this. Otherwise the staff are better and cooperative, Mr.Fazian, Sujoy and others, special thanks to the ground staff Santosh and others very helpful. The above comments are particularly to the owner of this Hotel, who should look into this and think about it. How to improve the service and overall operation. I have no issue with the Managers and Staff, they did what best could be done.
