Overall a good hotel with nice location. Rooms are well appointed and of good size. Staff is real courteous and food too is good with very reasonable prices. They just need to improve house keeping a little

The room even after cleaning was stinging badly, complimentary package water bottles were not provided no toiletry were provided except a small soap tea spoon or stirrer was not provided only a ice cream eating disposable spoon was provided, ac not functional
bed was stinging i had to change the hotel after overnight and stay at a property in cant area, i won't suggest this property to people whom i know obviously i won't revisit.

We liked the stay very much. Staff were helping and warm. Food was good. Toilets super clean. Room 305 has a good view and size. My kid enjoyed the room.

It was nice to be at puja residency. Nice rooms, polite caring and helpful staff. Near railway station was very convenient. Enjoyed a lot. There were regular calls from room service to assist us and make us feel special and at home
