Air conditioning was not working properly. Frequent power trip off. Reception staff is not courteous enough to talk and respond to guest. Only one towel was provided for two persons. No wifi access was given. And ***y more

We booked 3 rooms 27 Feb. 01 mar 2023. this not Hotel but highly unprofessional PLACE. they have ruined our trip . its like worst place we ever seen in our life stay away . IF YOU HAVE A SELF REQUEST PLS DONT STAY. REGARDS

Start with location,hotel is located in too narrow & over crowded lane, parking in basement smells like hell..rooms are from 1980's...smelly to spoil your trip...THEY DON'T HAVE PROPER AIR CONDITIONER IN ANY ROOM,AIR COOLERS DUCTING WHICH ARE OUT DATED & NOT WORKING,Food is over priced... All in all don't think of this hotel look for some better option
