Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

Hotel location was very good, easy to find and locate. You can get the parking inbasement of the hotel. Because hotel is on road. Market is near by. A very famous restaurant named punjab d truck they have. You can find auto any time. Over all good hotel.

So this hotel is just opposite to its aggregate ratings and that is why i got tricked. Worst experience till date. Don't know where to start. When we checked in, the cover of the quilt was stained. We asked to change it. The bed sheet was dirty too and with holes in it. I'll attach pics. If you order anything. You won't get it at least before 1 hour and the order won't be matching with what you ordered. Quantity of food is very less though they are charging good enough. You will get tissue paper equal to the number of people in the room. For example, we were 4 so we got 4 tissue papers and that too after we asked for it. Delay in service is the main disappointment. The power backup is not appropriate. Whole night ac was not working as the electricity was not there and hotel staff was just sitting on their hands. Around 1:30 am in the night, someone banged our door so hard and ran away. Upon complaining, hotel staff was unable to locate that person even though cameras are installed. Another thing is that the owner siddharth knows nothing about customer service. He is just sitting at the reception to make you realize that you have chosen the wrong hotel. So over all in my entire life, i would never even recommend this hotel to anyone.

It was a nice stay, everything was good except that you could smell the smoke cigarettes because i think there are no non-smoking rooms available at this property, i am allergic to it but had to bear it. Rest everything was good though they once served me the food by ordering from the nearby restaurant at more than double of the actual price. However it is a good hotel to stay because location is convenient.

One of the best hotels in varanasi. Location is good. Staff is good. Neat and clean rooms. Service is very good. Experienced calm n cosy stay.
