The room was very small. Could not accommodate 3 person as booked. The service provided was very bad. I had to make at least 6 phone calls and 4 personal visits to reception to start the tv. We had to wait for 2 hours to get food at 10:30 pm. The food quality was not good. Only good thing was the location of hotel was 200 mt from ghat.

Poor room quality, they were switching the ac on off as per their desire, bathrooms are too small, service quality pathetic. I cancel-led and moved on to better hotels near by

As o have already stated my issues with this hotel to mm t team
when we stayed there due to rains power was there n it was complete blackout for 1 hr
after that ac was working very on n off. Despite of being in house restaurant they refused for any meals at night. To clear any issues nobody was picking up calls at the reception. In short i had a terrible experience with this hotel

Location was good but rooms are little bit small. Lifts and other emenites are working fine overall a great experience with our loved one at the holy place
