The system of operation is very bad and unprofessional. Room service is not upto the mark. There is no proper common area to meet guests as they don't allow any guest in the roo. Male or femal. Food quality is also not good. And i don't find any reason to promote this type of hotels for professionals. Who have business visitors

3. Staff was not polite and helpful. Inconvenience caused. Staff was not polite and helpful. Despite calling reception from room for some assistance, they did not respond and caused us inconvenience. I recommend them to improve it to smooth-en user experience.

Services need to improve drastically. A morning tea took 1 hour time to come to room. Response time for any service is very long. All the best for travellers
