It has a homey a**osphere and all the employees are kind.
The facilities were well-equipped, clean, and I felt safe.
It was very comfortable.
It's a little far from the ghat, so I was able to rest comfortably without any noise. I will come again.

Hotel is nice, but service is not good and food experience is very bad, in breakfast you hv only option a loo puri, aloo pratha or pane-er paratha, and no a loo and no pane-er in paratha

Room was really underwhelming and cramped for the price that was paid. There were no major issues though except for a few minor ones. Good stay but not at all worth the money.

Staff very polite, helpful and courteous. Too much of dust. You have to ask for water, milk, tea sachets etc. Without asking they do not give. You ask for housekeeping.

We wanted to stay somewhere near centre of city, with main road near by. Hotel debouganvilla was a good choice, clean hotel, clean bathroom has parking space, stay was amazing. Bit costly but i think banaras itself as a city is a costly one.
