Excellent service, and cleanliness.
Very nice overall.
The gym is a bit small, but it has pretty much all you need for a short workout.

Amazing experience at the restaurant V***na with the best staff Abhilash,Rashmita and Margaret We stayed at Taj Nadaser which was next level hospitality and ambience The food and decor and staff all were superb We had a great stay at both the hotels

Visited Varansi in the first week for April with my parents and my wife's parents all of them in their mid to late seventies. I was a little tensed considering the care and the requirements of the elders but Taj Varanasi did a fantastic job and things went better than planned. - To start with Rupsa at the reception was extremely welcoming. She made sure the rooms were near by and closer to the elevators so that the elders do not have to walk much. She kept on checking on us during the stay. Also during our checkout everything was ready and it just took a minute. - The breakfast, the team was incredibly patient and forthcoming considering the dietary requirements of the elders. We had Deepak, Vivek, Rakesh and Ratay who were on their toes making sure things were served fresh and hot. The place otherwise is also very large and quiet, with good amenities. A larger room would have surely made things better, but all in all a great experience. Would likely stay here whenever we are in varanasi next.

Spacious room, amazing hospitality and a wonderful ambience with a very polite staff. Such a warm welcome .They provided color kit to my kid she loves it. Thank you taj for the wonderful hospitality. Will give 10/10 to the room service. Will book taj once again.

Usual Taj’s high standards of quality and service. Excellent staff. Asif and Owais at the front desk were great. So was the restaurant crew. Conveniently located for all that Varanasi stands for. Including distance from airport. Large open lawns. Definitely our first choice for the next Varanasi visit.

Margaret was so polite , she has been of really great help . Abhishek was humble and other staff like Rashid , puni. Breakfast was awesome , housekeeping staff was humble , thank you taj Ganges for giving us a very memorable stay , best wishes for your future everyone

Had a nice and comfortable stay with my family here - the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. The hospitality at the two restaurants Chowk and V***na was incredible as the team served us with great enthusiasm and made us feel at home. Special thanks to Ratan Chouhan, Jitendra, and Parichita from the restaurants for serving us so kindly. Highly recommend for a stay in Varanasi.
