Since it is located in the new city, it takes about 30 minutes to reach the Ganges River by rickshaw. Also, the shopping mall is conveniently close enough that you can walk there, but on the other hand, there aren't ***y fun things to do in the surrounding area (if you want to get away from that a**osphere ***** the Ganges River and take a break, the location is good) That's excellent). The service was also good, including extending the check-out time for free.

I checked in at 15:00, but I was able to check in normally even if I went to 12:00.

The pool is pretty clean. Not at a level where you can't swim.
Is there a breakfast buffet menu every day? change. I stayed 2 nights but it was nice to have a change.

The location was great where all the half decent hotels in varanasi are located. I chose this hotel just because it belonged to a chain of hotels. I didnt want to end up with a surprise. Unfortunately, i had bed bugs in my bed, had a red itchy rash on my thigh the next morning. The bed itself was pathetic, it had some bulge coming from the centre right through the mattress. The breakfast was poor, most of the indian food were without onions and garlic. All this is still ok, worst issue was that the ac was not working at all. I called to fix the ac, someone came in at 3 to do so, at 5 we called again, they did offer to change the room but at 5 in the morning, it was already too late. Overall highly not recommended!

Very nice hospitality, lajawab food, so ***y varieties of food, very big campus, very good pool facility, we enjoy the stay, it's a little far from the main city area
