Faced a few issues at the accomodation- air conditioning in the room didn’t work and the temperature in the room was 31 degrees. Sheets and pillows were very dirty. Accomodation is going through major renovations which caused a lot of inconvenience. Some of the staff will try and force you to plan your day as per their agenda. Carry water with you as only 1 small bottle is supplied per person per day. Roof top restaurant is not clean and un hygienic and very hot. Overall didn’t have a pleasant experience.

Good hotel in the old city of Varanasi near the ghats. The location is perfect if you want to start a trip of Varanasi on foot. Good restaurant with terrace on the roof top . Room clean and large. Good and quick room service. Everybody really very kind.

Very good service hospitality and cleanliness,Rooms and washrooms were near and clean..people were very good..good to go when you are visiting banaras..this was our first stay at this hotel...quiet satisfied with the service they provided

Struttura ok, al momento ci sono lavori di ristrutturazione che non hanno causato disagi. Stanza spaziosa, bagno ok. Personale cortese e disponibile ad ascoltare richiesta particolari. Nonostante fosse pieno, sono riusciti a venire incontro alla nostra richiesta di late check out. Buona posizione

Staff was very helpful and humble........... We were 5 girls on trip and felt very safe .......... while staying in heritage inn..... Breakfast was so delicious......... Washroom was also very neat and clean...... Over all great experience.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, dans une petite rue calme et à quelques pas d'Asi ghat. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. La salle de bain est bien équipée et il y de l'eau chaude (ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas ! ) Le personnel est agréable et professionnel, tout particulièrement le service de chambre et le personnel du restaurant (Roshah et Brizesh étaient aux petits soins pour moi). La terrasse sur le toit est grand plus ! Un regret : impossible pour moi de payer en CB alors que je l'ai fait partout ailleurs (petits commerces et autres hôtels) ! Ils n'ont jamais accepté.

Nice clean room. Excellent well trained staff Good food. Hotel staff did extra mile to get a TV chanel for my mother to watch her favorite TV Chanel. Good location. Sure will come back again & recomend this to other friends & family. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay very special in this historic city 🙏🙏

El Hotel tiene una muy conveniente ubicación, a pesar de que el barrio no tiene una buena impresión, puesto que está muy cerca del centro y permite acceder a pie a los lugares más importantes, especialmente los Ghats del Ganges. Buena habitación y excelente atención en el restaurante, tanto para desayunos como cenas. Mención especial para Roshan y Brejesh Yadav, quienes fueron excelentes en su servicio. Puede mejorar la conexión a internet, puesto que es libre para los huéspedes y se entiende que, por tantos que estos sean, vaya a menor velocidad. Hubo un evento en particular que no permite poner 5 estrellas, que es que el último día hubo corte de luz, y ello afectó al sistema de calefacción de agua, que si bien no es grave afectó la experiencia. Sin duda volvería, pero exigiendo esas enmiendas, y siemprr que ***tengan al personal tan preocupado, cortés y solícito como el que nos atendió durante nuestra estadía.

Excelente hotel ubicado en Varanasi. Los garzones que atienden en el desayuno del hotel son muy amables y el desayuno es muy bueno y variado. El hotel cuenta con Internet WiFi de alta velocidad que funciona muy bien. Recomiendo el lugar a todos los que viajan por India
