Location is good and just renovated.
However, the bed sheets were not very clean.
There was a problem with the drain in the shower room and no hot water sometimes.

Delay in services rude behaviour by staff but good food and comfy rooms and accessible location but staff are not good

The room is of very poor quality with broken tiles. The housekeeping work is not done till 3:30pm. The bedsheet is completely crumbled and the pillow cover is not even changed.

Price is bit high even though hotel don't have closed parking. Room was bit small, however it's very near to kashi vishwanath ***dir. Staff is polite, room/washroom were clean. Overall it was a good stay.

Staff service is poor, room quality is also not as per the photos and also not good. Food quality is also bad. Overall experience was not good as per the rates charged

Non cooperative behaviour at reception. Overall the service is good and recommended for others. Food is good enough to qualify the marks. Complimentary breakfast is well arranged and fulfills the routine requirement.
