Excellent service and support. Great location, near the main ghat. This is a guest house, not a hotel. So you have to be prepared to stay with minimal amenities. But it is enough for a spiritual tour. The owner is was very helpful and took care of me well. He is always reachable when you need help. This whole place are full of stairs and you have to be prepared to walk up and down the stairs. It is also away from the main road just like all other guesthouses near the ghat.

Ambiance and hospitality of the hotel is good, owner and his family is humble. Ganga view from the roof is beautiful. I've faced one disappointment that is hotel doesn't provide you any drinking water, you have to pay for that. Otherwise it was a good experience.

The location is good as it's near dasaswamedh ghat. If you are accompanied with old aged people then it may be difficult to reach as there is no conveyance available till hotel. Hygiene, safety standards and behaviour of hotel manager is superb.
