Not worth the money charged by the hotel.
Not a very good experience for me.
Door lock faulty.
Sanitary fittings faulty.
Toiletries were not available in room according to the guest occupancy and I needed to ask for it .
Food in restaurant was not good also and limited menu for breakfast also.
Overall average experience and not worth tarrif charges.

They say they are 4 star hotel, nothing more than 2 star. Parking is on road which is biggest issue in summer and car is not attended. Now come to room booked a winter green room here. First of all room was small, the bedsheet pillow was not clean, there was window opening to a wall and empty space where anybody can climb up and the window locking mechanism was not working. Then hotel “upgraded” to mini suite as they say, it was another surprise for us, in the whole room there was one charging point that too in middle of bed head rest so phone charging has to be done and have to keep phones under pillow. Bathroom tiles were broken, shower water drainage was not working, upon raising concern they said sir this is construction issue. Rooms wall was covered by fungus growth. Basically 2 star hotel has more good rooms than this.

I used to stay here almost 5 days in every month, almost staff recognised me by face but on 18 april once i reached reception for check in, the guy was there behaviour was surprised me , he was so rude once i request for normal room as he offered me a very small room he TOLD ME RUDELY DO NOT BOOK NEXT TIME INDIA HOTEL.... IT WAS ALMOST 12 IN MIDNIGHT SO I FEEL HELPLESS, STAYED THERE NEXT DAY I HAVE RAISED MY complaint to ***ager , and he is so generous and courteous he expressed sorry for there staff and ensure me to change my ROOM AND HE DID IT ON 19TH april. Finally my stay completed with full comfort after changing the room and feel thankful to ***ager and othere staff specially restaurant supervisor.

Breakfast and hospitality is the best. Rooms are neat and tidy. The room service is also good. Ambiance is great. And location is also good
