Excellent service by friendly and courteous team led by Mr Ram Daresh Pandey. Rooms were spacious, clean, good variety at breakfast and food was delicious. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the railway station with ample parking space and it’s easy to reach the attractions in Varanasi from the hotel.

The location is central and most of the tourist sites are easy to access. Good sized rooms and clean bathrooms. House keeping is efficient. Fabulous breakfast menu and delicious food. The hotel is located very close to all the railway stations and is accessible by the faster roads to go into the city and Sarnath. Room rates are very affordable and service exceeds the prices.

Rajiv Rai , hotel ***ager was very arrogant, rude and headless guy. He is very rude and rigid to talk. Pathetic and poor quality of staff. Never book this hotel , staff do not have courtesy and hu***ity . Pathetic Hotel , unprofessional staff

very nice hotel, centrally located. right from Check in to Checkout, the entire staff was very courteous. Service, cleanliness & everything was superb. Breakfast served was very nourishing. The Buffet Dinner we had was very sumptuous & very reasonably priced. The service in the Restaurant was extremely good. We truly enjoyed our stay.
