Great hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Chef Vbiju cooked special dishes I requested. Located near the fort.

Food is great. Wifi is weak inside the room and the restaurant area too. Shower has very slow water flow. I would recommend this place only if your booking a AC room. Non AC is not worth the money. It’s too stuffy without AC at night. Toilet area is clean. Cleanliness wise is good. Food is a must try from this location. Beach is like 5 min walk from behind the hotel.

The stay was amazing with good ambiance and good support staff. All the requirements were met in a short time span only thing missing was a landline connection but that was catered through the owner being available on phn at all times. Good experience must visit place at varkala.

Room was very good, neat washroom and chic outdoor spaces. Towels had a chlorine smell. The road leading to the hotel was narrow and tricky. Room service food quality was amazing but takes time.

The stay was decent if you are looking for a budgeted stay over more number of days. The staff is polite and helpful but the property has major issue of ants and bugs in the washroom and in the room. Also during our stay here we mostly faced power cuts. Overall it was an average experience

Stay was nice, rooms were beautiful though there were some ants and insects around due to the close proximity to the wilderness. Service is also nice and professional, but check in only happens after 12. 30
