Worst experience… the person at reception was totally incapable of communicating in English, because of him we were asked to pay for an extra day. When I clearly told him we will be leaving the hotel early so please cancel 1 day’s stay. He agreed to it and based on that we checked out early, but later he was saying I didn’t communicate any of that and then a manager got involved and finally he agreed that it was a miscommunication as the person is not capable of communicating in English.
