Marcamos para dois adultos e uma criança e só tinha uma cama pequena par os três. Solicitamos o reforço e disseram não temos e podem ficar assim. Viemos embora. Não nos devolveram o dinheiro do cancelamento, quando até os próprios disseram que não íamos dormir bem. A localização é duvidosa para famílias, numa zona industrial ao lado de uma casa de *****.

Aver para lo que cuesta esta bien la gente que te atendia eran amables la habitacion es grande tiene un cuerto de baño recien reformado la tele es un poco pequeña pero si vas a psar unos dias a madrid y el hotel lo vas a utilizar Para dormir esta bien el aire acondicionado fatal eso si se apagaba solo.... el sitio es un poligono indrustial pero andas un minuto y ya ves bares una piscina y esta muy bien para usarlo solo por la noche esta bien

Llegue el 29 con mi esposa y un bebe de un año. No habia recepción. Se demoraron en atenderme, me atendieron de mala gana y habían cancelado mi reserva porque no llegue el 28 por una demora en mi vuelo. La zona es alejada y fea, lo pero que me hicieron pagar una noche por 60 euros a pesar de que habia cancelado 19 noches de hotel. Una experiencia terrible

Hemos estado super bien,lugar muy limpio y acogedor,un diez para la trabajadora Fátima la cual hace un excelente trabajo, nos sentimos muy agusto,tienen cafetería ponen muy buenos cafés ,calidad precio muy buena,sin lugar a dudas volveremos.
