Приехали в отель утром. Хотелось бы отметить что это мое 7 визит в этот отель. Сразу разместили. На ресепшене предложили шампанское. Нам дали два апартамента рядом друг с другом. Просто великолепно. Все со вкусом , красиво. Сделано качественно и со вкусом. Но номер товарища очень поразил. В номере была роскошная мраморная ванная , а на балконе свое джакузи , сауна и место для отдыха с хорошим видом на бассейн. Очень приятно провели воскресенье в спа. Джакузи с горячей минеральной водой , которая переливается во внутренний бассейн. Неплохой массаж. Хорошие парилки. Есть и сауна и Хамам. Отличный завтрак. Превосходная еда в ресторанах . Уверен что хочу еще раз остаться в этом отеле. P.S. Каждый раз приезжая обращаю внимание что отель только улучшается. БРАВО !

ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ!!! Είχαμε κάνει κράτηση μέσω booking και λάβαμε αριθμό επιβεβαίωσης αφού πληρώσαμε για το δωμάτιο, αλλά όταν πήγαμε εκεί μας είπαν ότι δεν έχουν δωμάτιο κι ότι δεν ισχύει η κράτηση μας κι ενώ τους δείξαμε τα αποδεικτικά στοιχεία για την κράτηση και την πληρωμή του δωματίου(148,37 €), δεν τα αναγνώρισαν και μας έδιωξαν……. UNACCEPTABLE !!! We had booked through booking and received a confirmation number after paying for the room, but when we went there we were told that they did not have a room and that our reservation was not valid and while we showed them the proof of booking and payment of the room (148, 37 €), they did not recognize them and expelled us …….

A great place for relaxation, spa treatments and local restaurants for all tastes. Clean rooms, nice staff, great location. Mountain air and numerous mineral springs, two of which are right in the hotel, are a great addition to all that has been said. Special thanks to the managing administrator, Anna Ivanova. Прекрасное место для отдыха, спа-процедур и местных ресторанов на любой вкус. Чистые номера, приятный персонал, удобное расположение. Горный воздух и многочисленные минеральные источники, два из которых находятся прямо в отеле, являются прекрасным дополнением ко всему сказанному. Отдельное спасибо управляющему администратору, Анне Ивановой.

Very good service! The hotel is located in a great place, close to the center! The staff is great, always around you to help you if necessary! The hotel has all the extras and is great. The food it's awesome and so delicious! Thank you for the wonderful stay in the fresh air!

Room its clean reception staff frendly Pools a bit dirty people was swimming with dress Restorant verry poor service we had to wait for a drinks at the bar because there was no one suddenly waitress named Misho came to get our order he was soo rude our thought was he didn’t like his job after waiting for 20 min for our drinks we need it to go in our room we asked if we can take our drinks wich was full to our room then the bar man goes like nooo you cant you got to drink them here i was like we need to go because we had an online meeting And he said that we got to bring the glases down by ourselves exuseee meee im working whole year to go on holiday do you think you can make me serve your empty glases back…. To the bar verry disappointed from bar and resturant staff

The hotel looks like it used to be nice but has fallen into disrepair. It’s also dirty and none of the staff speak English. It was $140 for a night which is about as expensive as it gets in Eastern Europe but this felt like a hotel that should be in the $20 to 30 range. Avoid unless it’s that cheap or you have no other choices.

Hôtel de très bonne qualité avec personnel gentil et disponible. La chambre était propre et très agréable, le lit queen size au top. Petit déjeuner trés riche en choix et de bonne qualité. Le summum de l’hôtel est le service SPA, JACUZZI et SAUNA/HAMMAM, le tout de très bonne qualité (à remarquer que l’eau du coin est reconnue pour ses propriétés thermales). Possibilité également de se faire masser par une esuipe de masseurs compétents (les français apprécieront notamment les prix très avantageux si comparés avec ceux de chez nous). On conseil à 100%

Very friendly helpful staff. Wonderful facilities; pools (indoor and outdoor), Jacuzzis, massage.. everything you could want. Expansive breakfast. Big comfortable room and bed. Very clean. I can't fault it, and will certainly return.
