Great people, friendly and helpful staff. It was a little far from the trail station but still walkable and far enough away from traffic that we had a very peaceful sleep. Reception desk should be open earlier and stay open later. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at arrival were not very welcoming and also denied us a room stating we didn't have a booking although we had with Trip.com

They have to notify for any policies they have diffirent than other regular hotels. I recommend to accept the guest any time in during the nights.

Since we are a family of three, we booked a hotel with one bed and a sofa bed, even though it was very far from downtown Paris. I sent a message to the accommodation asking them to set up a sofa bed before arriving, but this accommodation was the only one that wasn't ready. Other hotels had sofa beds made in advance. The pillow is beyond imagination. This is my first time seeing pillows like this in a lodging establishment. Actually, it is not a pillow. It feels like a cushion filled with strange materials. Please refer to the photo. Above all, the location of this apartment hotel is blocked by road construction, and you have to get an entrance parking permit at the Mercury Hotel and put it back in at the exit to get to this hotel. First-time visitors will never know. The worst thing is the hotel condition. It's completely different from the picture. The carpet is extremely dirty, as are all the kitchen beds. I booked for 2 nights but wanted to go out on the first day. And on the first day, I was bitten by a bad bug... omg I felt like I was going crazy. It was accompanied by pain and itching, and the swelling continued to increase during the trip. I removed the bed sheet and looked under the blanket. Please attach a photo. It was helpful that they allowed us to check in late even though the front desk was only open until 10pm. However, when we entered the room, not only were the previous guest's towels still there, but there were no new towels, soap, or shampoo for us. The shower booth drained the floor? The door didn't close properly, so the hot water from the shower flowed onto the floor of the toilet, flooding it. We had no choice but to wipe it with the towel left by the previous guest...

You know that mystery shoppers also exist?! 2nd thing it says arrival from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. I had to wait with my children in the hall for 1 hour even though I arrived at 4 p.m. and because my room was not ready. On the other hand, the cleaning lady is superb, nothing to say And room very good

Superb hotel, welcoming staff and top facilities

I very much enjoyed our stay at the Nemea Velizy. It was a family vacation (me, my wife and our 3 year old daughter). The check-in process was quick and efficient, the apartment was clean and functional, we didn't use the kitchen but it had all the necessary cooking utensils. We will definitely be back!
