房間超乎意料的寬敞，新裝修，非常舒適。打開窗户就是海邊，步行兩分鐘即到碼頭，交通便利。很遺憾的是幾乎沒有見到前台服務，但網上諮詢會及時回覆。

Logement très agréable et bien situé. Il est au calme, à l’écart des nombreux touristes, en plus d’être à proximité d’un arrêt de ferry et à 10min à pied de San Marco. La vue est incroyable et le personnel adorable, je recommande !

Siamo stati in un WE di marzo. Camera spaziosa, pulitissima e silenziosa. Pulitissimi bagno e doccia in camera (ho cercato altri B&B con bagno in comune) Ottima la posizione a pochi minuti da Piazza San Marco. Nel frigo c’erano acqua, succhi e aranciate tutto compreso nel prezzo. Ottime le indicazioni del titolare su cosa visitare e mangiare. Consigliatissimo !!!

Excellent location and very large. Easy walk to boats and St Marks square. Large modern bathroom and everything I needed for my stay. Highly recommend.

Very easy to get to from the airport (50m walk from the ferry stop). Very clean. The wifi was a little slow, but I think it’s because we were in the back rooms. Very friendly staff!

Posto molto carino, pulito e confortevole. Personale presente, attento e gentile. Camera comoda e spaziosa. Idem per il bagno. Buona la pulizia. Ottima la posizione. Nonostante sia molto centrale, mon è per niente rumoroso. Consigliato.

The accommodation was just as good as the pictures and reviews suggest. We arrived in the evening and it was easy to get there by vaporetto. Although the last blue line already left at 20:20, so you had to hurry to get from the flight to the boat. The distance from the terminal to the piers is approx. 500m. In the Vaporetto, you should listen when the stations are called, we actually missed ****nal, but it wasn't a long walk from the next stop either. The accommodation is located a pleasant distance from the sights. We walked several times to Rivalton Bridge. Everything on the island was within walking distance, so the location was perfect. The room was clean, there were refreshments and snacks in the minibar. The contents of the minibar were included in the room price.
