We have just spent 5 days here and wanted to say how outstanding this place is. If you are after a memorable stay, away from the crowds and in a more 'local' area then this is the place for you. The location was perfect with little great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk but only 10 minutes or so to the Grand Canal. We stayed in the Ginepro apar**ent with a little balcony and canal view. The apar**ent is stylish and roomy with everything you could need, it felt like such a special place to stay. Jacopo, Elena and Cameron offered an amazing service, booking water taxis, tours and storing our luggage for us. Thank you all so much, we will be returning for sure and recommending you to all our friends.

The palace is beautiful. Very nicely restored. Quiet place with nice garden. The apar**ents are very spacious and the setting is just perfect. Great benefit is the bakery and restaurant next door. Would stay here again for a visit to Venice!

Wunderbare Wohnung- 2 getrennte Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und gemütliches Wohnzimmer. Perfekte und ruhige Lage mit schönem Blick auf den Kanal und Brücke, gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr netter Empfang- wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft ohne Vorbehalte empfehlen!

Communication wih the Palazzo staff was excellent. Clear & helpful. The facility is well located with the well known sites readily accessible by foot. The apar**ent was well equipped & comfortable. - a nice warm haven after some very cold days! The overall experience - our 1st visit to Venice - was great & when we choose to visit again we'll most certainly check availability at the palazzo Morosini!

Tolles Ambiente, sehr sauber, zentral gelegen, freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, gut zu erreichen, man hat alles was man braucht. Es wird auf viele Details geachtet. Kommen sicher einmal wieder und wir können es weiterempfehlen.

Bella struttura, a San Polo, a due passi dalla Basilica dei Frari, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria e una ventina di minuti da Piazza San Marco. È un palazzo nobiliare, che mantiene nelle parti comuni il fascino di un tempo. Abbiamo alloggiato all’appartamento Rafano, immobile su due livelli con angolo cottura, bagno e divano (letto) e al piano superiore camera da letto spaziosa con bagno padronale. Accurata ristrutturazione del palazzo, pulizia impeccabile, scelta di materiali di pregio, domotica ovunque. Il giardino è una piccola perla dell’hotel. Ci hanno omaggiati di una bottiglia di spumante al ns arrivo, pensiero che ho molto gradito. All’accoglienza, sempre molto gentili e professionali, sia telefonicamente (ai primi contatti telefonici) che poi di persona in loco. Vi possono consigliare e supportare per qualsiasi richiesta abbiate. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

This was a very nice Apar**ent that we stayed at. Very clean and comfortable to stay in. It was in a very convenient location from all the different Restaurant in the area. Along with any of the different activities that you might want to do. Recommend staying at this location if you’re going to visit Venice.

We enjoyed the Cayenne apartment for two nights. It’s beautiful and well appointed for a very comfortable stay. Jacopo and Elena (sp?) were very helpful in anticipating needs and professionally taking care of details. Tons of room and amenities for two people. This place is a gem.

I have stayed in some five star hotels - such as the Ritz and Claridges in London - but this was something special. The rooms had first class, modern, and state-of-the art facilities. They were exceptionally clean, quiet, and well - appointed. The bed linen was of the finest quality and the room [Rafano] spacious, with high ceilings. The location was excellent, close to a canal, and the right distance from the crowds at the Rialto and St Mark's Square. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We would not hesitate to stay again.
