Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace

The room is quite big, the hair dryer is easy to use. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is not bad. But when I left, I left a coat in the closet. I called the hotel and they said they couldn't find it. I will block this hotel if it is not clean.

It was very bad. The room was very stuffy. The temperature outside was more than ten degrees Celsius but it could be more than thirty degrees Celsius inside. There was no air conditioning. My friend and I were so stuffy that we couldn't sleep. There was no ventilation at all. When I asked the hotel, they said they couldn't turn on the circulation system yet, so they had to endure it. I didn't sleep well at all after spending 1,611 nights in the hotel. The room was very small and the hotel offered no compensation. And the front desk staff were indifferent and had no sense of service from the time we checked in to the time we left. Avoid lightning...

Not bad, just next to the canal

The hotel is located about 15-20 minutes' walk from surrounding attractions and about 28 minutes' walk from the lonely San Lucia train station. However, it is not recommended for travelers with suitcases to walk, although the original picture has a good view. You can go out from the train station and take the bus line 5.2. I may not have bought the ticket properly, but it cost 9 euros to get from the hotel to the train station. The hotel is not very close or far from the shopping street. However, the walking navigation signal is easy to drift. After walking into many narrow alleys, you have to find a way out. The hotel room is small and the bathroom is large. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes. When I contacted the front desk, they said that the toothbrush was gone, which was very frustrating. The hotel is near the seaside. You can go there for a walk and have a cup of coffee in the morning. It's not bad either. The hotel recommended two restaurants: OGINA and which one is 50 meters straight on the right side of the hotel. OGINA Forget it, it's not that good. The other seafood restaurant was okay and the service was good. I ate there all day, but I had diarrhea the next morning. Maybe it was because I was lactose intolerant myself and ate a lot of cheese. The breakfast in the hotel is very basic. It costs 25 euros and 5 euros plus tax. I am not happy with the 29 euros. Overall, I spent 2,000 a night and enjoyed 3 stars in a first-tier domestic city. One advantage of the hotel is that the hassle of taxis is free. z z z

The front desk service is very good. Although the room is small, the bathroom is large. Don't choose a room in the middle of the floor. The elevator is not accessible. Although the guy can carry the luggage, the sound transmission from the floor is obvious.

There were elevators on two floors, and a waiter took us up to the room. Although the room is small but clean, the air conditioner is a bit cold at night in September. There are bath towels, slippers and a hair dryer, but no toothbrush🪥. The room decoration is pretty European style, and it's quite comfortable and quiet to sleep in. There is a small garden behind the hotel, the surrounding area is quiet, and it is very close to the Zattere water bus station, which is very convenient. It is not far from the train station. Remember to buy a pass to take the boat for more convenience. There are several restaurants nearby, but there are very few convenience stores. Overall recommended to stay!

The best hotel for our trip, in a great area, no crowds, everything is very beautiful and romantic. For Italy, a fine breakfast - vegetables, scrambled, sausages / bacon in addition to the usual toast and rolls. The staff is very nice and very helpful with everything. I recommend.

The Hotel Nani Mocenigo Palace was stunning. It was, by far, the best and most beautiful hotel in the category that we saw on our 14 trips from 2019 to 2023. The reception was competent, nice and courteous. First they offered us the luggage service. After that we were taken to the elevator and room. The page followed up the stairs. The room, a junior suite deluxe, has a size of almost 65 square meters including the bathroom. In addition to special pieces of furniture, fine wall fabrics, "terrazzo alla veneziana" and elegant wooden floors create a Venetian flair. The open plan living area with mini bar leads through the sleeping area to the fine marble bathroom with bathtub and shower. Anyone who knows the Doge's Palace knows that the Junior Suite Deluxe also embodies beauty and splendor. The breakfast is good and diverse. The buffet includes bread and rolls, spreads, cheese and sausage, cold dishes such as yoghurt, hot dishes such as sausages, fruit, salad, desserts such as mousse and drinks. Special requests can also be ordered à la carte. The service is quick and courteous. The clean Venetian hotel comes with a heartfelt recommendation.
