Seen from the room, it was really the last dump you can imagine, the room was very small, the air conditioner (standing unit) was defective, only the ventilation was running without cooling the stuffy air, totally loud! The atmosphere was catastrophic, some of the sockets were broken and dirty! We drove home at night because nobody could sleep! The food in the restaurant was also not recommended! The only presentable is the reception, where you should get the impression of high quality, unfortunately a complete mistake!!! Hands off!!!

Very disappointed, double bedroom with single beds pushed together, one of which is higher and the other lower, bed defective and with noises at every small movement, did not allow you to sleep at night ... the air conditioning came into operation with a sensor movement, so when returning in the evening the room was completely cold .. Hotel absolument horrible et presque insalubre. Entrée derrière l'hôtel lui même. Nous avions réservé 3 chambres. Des que l'on rentre l'odeur de poussière est bien là, l'escalier est couvert d'un tapis rapiécé et la lumière de fonctionne pas. Ma chambre( 34 ) n'a pas de poignée à la fenêtre donc impossible d'aérer. Rester dans le noir à Venise? 😡Cool!!! Malgré mes réclamations... personne... L'autre chambre a une salle de bain microscopique et les toilettes sur le palier.Davantage de taches que de tapis sur le tapis. Je rends la chambre et trouve refuge chez une amie. Très cher évidemment en période de Biennale. Honteux, immonde malgré une certaine gentillesse à l'accueil. restaurant aussi médiocre, toilettes à visiter ( voir plomberie !!!! )

Horrível, pedimos duas camas de casal e uma de solteiro. O hotel confirmou e no final eram 3 camas de solteiro e uma de casal, o quarto cheirava mal e nao havia agua quente para tomar um bom banho quente. Certamente que nao voltarei mais nem recomendo!!!

Avoid Rooms 26 -27.. they gave us these room 26 precisely.. the bathroom outside. the room in the end of the corridor... We asked to change the room and they said nthee are ni free rooms-even though half of hitel was epty.aircondition not was not working properly(it was a little bit cold), Bed was with one leg down si we called someone to fix it.!Location was ok and the breakfast!

São 3 hotéis, nos ficamos no 3 estrelas superior O quarto ficava ao fim de 3 lances de escadas,mas tudo muito limpo e cheiroso. O quarto espaçoso o wc apertado, mas limpo. Pequeno almoço básico. Pessoal muito simpático, jantamos 2x no restaurante, as pizzas top. Qualidade preço muito bom.
