The owners of the b&b were very friendly, however, the room was hot (they had an ac but the air was pretty much cover by an wardrobe, so the room was hot, plus every time we left the room, they would disconnect the AC. Sharing the bathroom with other people.. that was a no no. The shower was terrible. Hardly any pressure. For the price paid the room was not worth the value.

We enjoyed our stay in Venice very much. Davide was very helpful in providing all the information we needed. He replied even during very late night hours if we had questions. Breakfast was yummy and he does make the best cappuccino. We loved the home made cookies made by his mom and he was very kind enough to pack them for our day trip.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was quiet, easy to walk around, the host was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was comfortable and plenty of room for our things. The shared bathroom was clean and not an issue with sharing it- never had to wait for it. Breakfast was delicious, we really enjoyed it.

Lovely place to stay the host was very accommodating. Davide was constantly in touch before and on the day of arrival to ensure we arrived and got access to the B&B. Great location close to the train station. Room was clean tidy with a shared bathroom which was a first for us but ok and clean. Would recommend based on the price per night.

We had a great experience staying here. Sad it was only one night. I read previous reviews so I was prepared for the stairs, some noise - so we brought ear plugs and slept fine, and closed our room windows to keep out the mosquitos (that are all over Venice from the standing water- not just here at the bed and breakfast). We were also prepared for a smaller breakfast as we are Americans and love a big breakfast but his mom (rosella ?) was there this morning and she was incredibly friendly and kept offering us more food. Yes- it is cold food but still plenty to eat. It’s in a great location as we took the train in and only had a 7 minute walk from the station and about 15 minute walk to Rialto bridge and 20-25 min walk to San Marco square that lets you wonder through the beautiful Venice buildings/neighborhoods. Water was warm in the shower. Had a wall unit for air conditioning that helped keep the temperature down in the room. Exact location is a quieter area and made sure we were back before dark but just a few minute walk to restaurants. And room and bathroom were clean We had to check out of room at 1030 but didn’t have a train til 1140 so they let us sit in living room until we had to catch the train. Overall - for the price - it was a wonderful stay
