我們是中午十二點到達，然後因為威尼斯漲潮，酒店門口都是水，有墊高的木板橋。因為我們行李比較多（5人裏面三個女生，每人一個28寸行李箱），希望酒店幫忙搬進酒店。然後某位白人男前台跟我們説他們衹管酒店裡麪的行李，拒絕幫助。最後我們拜託服務生，才幫我們搬進酒店。在入住的時候，因為我們是預訂了兩間房，第一間我們訂的是royal suite，但是系統和酒店一開始給我們的就是普通房間，我們表達震驚和出示預訂單後才給我們原來的房間（幸好沒人住）。第二間給我們的是對的房間，在三樓，我們有三人入住，酒店沒有電梯，本來應該服務生幫我們搬上樓，但其中一個行李箱被服務生直接放在0層樓梯口喊我們自己拿上去。總的來説，酒店設施和環境都還可以。就是服務態度太差了

The hotel was difficult to find and upon arrival we were instructed to carry our own bags up 4 flights of stairs! The actual palace was impressive because of its age and furnishings but the customer service is lacking!

A lovely, old palace, full of charm. We had a fantastic time. We were upgraded to the most beautiful suite, on the canal. and it's worth it. The staff is fantastic. Having a drink late at night on the balcony on the canal ... this is Venise. We were concerned about the reviews on the amenities levels, It's OK, our bathroom was OK, but not fancy. There are also a lot of stairs. We found it fun. If you want to experience one of these Venetian palaces like nowhere else on the planet, do it. Also, the location is great, very conveniently placed in the city and next to the Galleria Academia Bridge. If you are worried about finding it, it's easy with Google Maps walking directions. Airport collective waterbus, orange line is 7 min away

What an amazing experience! It was so unique to stay on the Grand Canal. The staff at this hotel were exceptional. The restaurant was very elegant. And we got to sit on the balcony for an aperitif! Hint - go to the bar early before it gets busy! For extra money, we could have sat there for dinner, but in March, it was too cold. We did reserve one of the cheaper rooms in the adjacent building and thus had a three story walk up to our room. The view from the sitting area outside our room was amazing (it overlooked the canal). It was fine for us, but if stairs bother you, I'd inquire about the type of room you need before you book. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our week long stay. One thing, though, my husband is 6'2" and had to duck to go into the room and bathroom. Just a special quirk of staying in Venice!

Receptionist were ok but the rest of the hotel staff should be more friendly; especially the door man. I have not felt well being close to him.

Der Eingang des Hotels ist sehr versteckt und schwer zu finden. Bei strömenden Regen mit Gepäck recht nervig. Unser Zimmer hat den Ausblick in die schmuddelige Gasse, auf der wir eben noch den hier ansässigen Ratten begegnen durften. Das Zimmer ist leider von Ameisen befallen. Die hübschen Süßigkeiten können wir entsorgen. Das Zimmer könnte dringend eine Renovierung gebrauchen. Dafür liegt das Hotel weit ab vom Schuss. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis passt leider überhaupt nicht. Nie wieder!
