日本からミラノを経てベネチアへ。結論、日本人は絶対行かないで欲しい。個人の意見です。
①まず接客は最悪。日本の神接客に慣れすぎたかもしれない。
②駅と運河は部屋から1ミリも見れない。なんか壁薄いしスタッフが中庭でうるさいし駅近いしベネチアらしい水の音も聞こえない。日本の静けさなど当たり前に皆無。朝7時にホテル内の各地からの話し声に起こされる。
③なんか臭い湿ってる
④掛け布団がカーテンみたいなやつ。毛布あるけどクローゼットの中に畳んであって綺麗じゃなさそうで使用をやめた。
私のチェックイン手続きをしてくれた女性は最初超早口のイタリア語しか話さなかった。
私が下手**な英語で話すと、怪訝そうな顔で対応をされた。まあ旅好きなのに未だに英語がカタコトでパッションで話す私もだいぶ悪い。けど朝食担当の女性スタッフや荷物運びのお兄ちゃんはめちゃ良い人で、数名のフロントがぶち壊している印象。オーバーツーリズムでウザいのはわかるけど歓迎感など微塵も感じなかった。
よって、
金額には全ての面で見合っていない。良い点は一つだけ、駅近でベネチアの中で寝られるくらい。(ベネチアの水の上にいる感覚皆無だけど)同じ金額を払うならちゃんとしたチェーンのしっかりとした教育を受けたスタッフがいる、綺麗なホテルに泊まるべき。
僕は連れと楽しんだのですごい楽しかったけど 1人旅だったら泣いてました。笑

Εξαιρετικό σημείο ,ακριβώς πάνω στο μεγάλο κανάλι απέναντι από τον σταθμό του τραίνου της Santa Lucia,200 μέτρα από την piazzale Roma που φεύγουν όλα τα λεοφωρεια για Μάρκο Πόλο.
Μεγάλα δωμάτια ,ωραία Βενετσιάνικη διακόσμηση ,εξαιρετική καθημερινή καθαριότητα,24 ωρη reception,φύλαξη αποσκευών ,ευγενική υποδοχή και αρκετά εξυπηρετικοί.

酒店地理位置很好，也很乾凈。
不好的地方是沒有配玻璃杯，衹有塑料杯，太廉價了。迷你小吧有收費酒水。沒有拖鞋。
前台要刷信用卡很不好。
