A wonderful experience with this hotel started with being put in a handicapped room. To all claims that we booked a regular room, the staff said that the hotel was sold out. But after half an hour they moved us to a normal room. By doing a "free" upgrade. When leaving, they demanded money for him.

What a lovely hotel. The staff were very very helpful and kind. Helped sort a day out for us. I have limited mobility and the staff accompanied me the best they could possibly do. We both really enjoyed our stay. we would certainly recommend them.

Ubicado a solo unos minutos caminando de la Plaza de San Marcos, con acceso tanto a pie como desde un canal secundario de navegación, a unos pasos del teatro La Fenice, con múltiples restaurantes a menos de 5 minutos caminando.
