A Venezia per la Biennale professionalità e cortesia. Un hotel di altri tempi : sempre pronti a soddisfare con gentilezza le richieste del cliente. Il freddo improvviso ci ha colti di sorpresa ma hanno rimediato velocemente! Ci torneremo sicuramente

Un hotel de 4 estrellas con servicio de maletas a la habitación, los empleados perfectamente uniformados pero, llegue a la habitación a las dos y estaba sin hacer, marche a la media hora y lo comenté en recepción y me contestaron, en plan falton, “señor que tenemos 68 habitaciones “. Cuando volví por la noche, habían estirado el edredón dejando una almohada debajo y otra encima, qué arte de hacer la cama!!! La habitación es de hace unas cuantas décadas, está viejo y el servicio…….
