Wonderful stay, all the staff were fabulous and extremely nice and helpful. Special thank you to Iris and David for being wonderful and for their great dining and activity recommendations. The junior suite we stayed in was wonderful. Plenty of space and a nice whirlpool tub to return to in the evenings. Beautiful furnishings and decor throughout the property. Beautiful quiet courtyard. Breakfast was enjoyable and plenty of choices from pastries, meats and cheeses, yogurts, cereals, juices, waters, and coffee and tea choices. Breakfast room was a bit small, but we did not see it full during our stay and some days breakfast seating was available in the courtyard. Easy walking distance to dining, shopping, and attractions. Very conveniently located just a few steps to one of the water taxi stops.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa o hotel é muito gostoso e um grande fator é estar no canal encostado na estarão Sant’Angelo que nos facilitou muito para pegar o barco para à estação de trem e aeroporto. Bárbara e Irissa da recepção foram muito atenciosas nos indicando restaurantes e conseguindo a reserva para a noite do Ano Novo !!! Voltaria com certeza !!!

Location, location, location. This property is conveniently situated on the Grand Canal. It is right next to a ACTV ferry stop. This worked out to be a fabulous location for all our sight-seeing and activities. The staff were super-friendly and helpful. Daily breakfast was superb. There was a great bar/snack area for a quick and scrumptious bite between activities. Would highly recommend staying here!

Very good, clean, friendly staff. Good quality of food. The only thing that I may request to change is key to the room that still is very traditional (an traditional key with a huge and heavy key chain) and not easy to carry out of hotel and like old days you have to give it to reception prior leaving the hotel 😀
