It was a good choice considering its excellent access to the La Fenice Theatre and the fact that it felt natural to stay there, which is rare in Italy.

The service was great, but the hotel itself looked a little old. It was nice and clean overall. I don't know because I didn't eat breakfast. The soundproofing is a bit poor.

The shower did not come out well and the flow was poor.

Our experience here was great! The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the location is fantastic. It is literally right around the corner from the most amazing Cafe (we think it’s THE spot as all the gondola drivers were there each morning we went + locals)! Plus, it is a short walk to St Mark Square. Would highly recommend here!

Lovely hotel in the middle of Venice only a short walk to Piazza San Marco & Rialto bridge & other places. Room was tremendous & had a nice little balcony which overlooked the courtyard to the back of the Theatre. Had a beer in the bar downstairs before heading out on the evening & service was great & the Italian beer was very good! Would definitely return to this hotel if I visit Venice in the future.

Struttura situata al centro di Venezia a fianco del teatro La Fenice e dietro piazza San Marco, in mezzo a tutte le attrazioni e attività di Venezia. Noi siamo stati per le giornate finali del carnevale e per San Valentino immersi nel caldo classicismo della cultura, modernizzata quanto basta per i nostri tempi. Colazione abbondante e variegata.

Albergo in ottima posizione vicinissimo a San Marco e al teatro La Fenice. La struttura è datata, la camera e il bagno erano molto piccoli ma puliti e curati. Molti ristoranti nei dintorni. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, trattandosi di Venezia. Consigliato.
