Magic palace ideally located near the vaporetto stop. We had booked a junior suite with a grand canal view and were royally upgraded to the Mozart suite with a grand canal view. Prosecco and biscuits offered. Fabulous stay in an equally fabulous place. Perfect services and staff! If we come back, it will be here without hesitation. This magnificent hotel is a gem in Venice. But its strong point is the staff. Welcoming, friendly and very attentive. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped. The breakfasts are excellent and its location 5 minutes from the vaporetto station and the boats that connect Venice to the airport is a plus. One small regret, there is too little signage to indicate the hotel. A big thank you to all the staff.

Well-kept historic building deserves more than 4*S. Cleanliness in the rooms and common areas of a high standard, courtesy and helpfulness of the staff together with a fantastic breakfast make it a place to spend a fully satisfied short holiday. Just 15 minutes on foot, crossing the most evocative streets of the center of Venice, you will find yourself in the wonderful Piazza San Marco. Price/quality ratio I would say 5 stars

Beautiful experience, we arrived and the welcome was excellent. We had booked a standard room and instead, surprisingly, we were given the suite that faced the Grand Canal. Fairytale room. Excellent and rich breakfast service, kindness and professionalism at the top.

Stayed here one night. The hotel is very nice and the room was very spacious. It was a short walk from the boat stop and the staff was exceptional. We were scheduled for the buffet breakfast but since we were basically the only ones in the hotel they made our breakfast to order which was great. If you’re in Venice I would recommend staying here.

I went on a trip with my daughter and we had the pleasure of staying two nights at the hotel. It starts with the check in, which was warm and welcoming. We were given a small tour and history of the floor we stayed on and then shown our room. WOW - it was spacious, spotless and serene. We had a garden view room and it does not disappoint. The balcony was magical and the tranquil gardens were inviting. The bathroom is huge and comes with Ferragamo toiletries, which smells heavenly and feel as luxurious as you expect. The bed is comfortable and big without feeling overwhelming. The daily breakfast was wonderful. It is not buffet style, which I was happily surprised by. The dining room is not too big, so you would think it would feel crowded and be loud. It was neither. The guest service - being recommended where to enjoy a great meal and then having them make a reservation for you - was appreciated and just that extra touch. I can’t wait to go back.
