Hotel San Gallo

Stayed at Hotel San Gialo in Venice for three days in early November. As many tourists left comments praising the hotel, it is clean, tidy, antique, and has free self-brewed coffee. Especially it is very close to all major attractions, very close, it can be said that it is within easy reach! And here I especially want to praise Ms. Huang at the front desk of the hotel! For me, a free traveler who barely speaks English and is alone, I am grateful to the quiet and beautiful Italian-Chinese girl Miss Huang! When I came to the front desk of the hotel, I found that the staff was Chinese, so I asked her if she could communicate in Chinese. Although Ms. Huang is Italian, she was able to communicate with me fluently in Chinese, which really made me overjoyed! Ms. Huang was patient and enthusiastic. She used colored pens on the map to carefully tell me how to get to the airport, how to get to the waterway, how to get to the bus, how much the fare was, how long it took, how to buy tickets for the water bus, and how to take the water bus. These are really important to me! Suddenly I felt more at ease and in a very happy mood😊😊😊Here, I would like to express my sincere thanks to Ms. Huang again! I also hope that independent travelers like me will choose to stay at the San Giallo Hotel in Venice. I believe you will be as lucky as me to meet the warm and lovely Ms. Huang!

It's so quiet and nice. The staff are very friendly. I will book this hotel again next time I come to Venice. You can reach the square in about 5 minutes' walk from your door, which is very convenient.

Incredible service. The hotel has stairs, but we were very well received with the person picking up our bags and taking them to the room. We were kindly presented with a basket of fruits and chocolates, as well as a welcome note. Excellent coffee and location.

Fuimos desde España para conocer Venecia por primera vez. El hotel está en una ubicación perfecta para visitar lo más importante de Venecia. A un minuto de plaza San Marcos. Los servicios y el hotel tienen todas las comodidades y es perfecto relación calidad precio. Son todos muy atentos y te ayudan con todo, pero sobre todo Pepito que es una persona maravillosa. Mil gracias por todo. volveremos!!

El hotel está muy bien situado, no tiene ascensor, pero el personal es muy amable y te ayuda a subir o bajar las maletas, las habitaciones están limpias y tienes una tetera y varios sobres de café o infusiones por si quieres tomar algo al llegar o antes de marchar, Vito es super amable y te explica los mejores sitios para visitar, incluso los no tan conocidos. También nos dejaron dejar las maletas en el hotel, para poder aprovechar el resto de la mañana para seguir visitando Venecia. Sin dudarlo volveríamos a alojarnos en el hotel.
