The service is very good. It takes 7 minutes to walk from the train station, which is very close. The hotel is quiet among the bustle, and the water in the mini bar is free. The decoration is very new and modern

Going all the way to Venice, this hotel is not worth staying in. It is a 20-30 minute walk from the attractions. It is very inconvenient for us with children, and the hotel is also very poor and old.

Absolutely superb. Perfect in every way! Location is fantastic - away from the crowded masses but close to everything you want. Our family of four loved it!! The staff are simply the best - friendly, helpful, and personable. They make you feel like you’re their only guests - and with only 15 rooms, the service is second to none. Breakfasts are a real treat and the secluded garden terrace is a dream. I never write reviews but I wanted to for this hotel. It’s special- you’ll be delighted and happy you stayed here. I hope to be back someday!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved this hotel. In a nice quiet section of Venice with a quick walk from the train station. Marcelo at the front desk was an amazing host and gave us excellent advice (dinners, lunches, free boat tour of Murano etc) and made us feel very welcome. Both rooms were very nice clean and modern. Free brunch was a great bonus and the garden area was perfect to unwind, read or have a cocktail. Jocopo at the bar made the best drinks we had on our 8 day trip through Italy. Grazie Mille!! My only minor critique would be since they don’t allow the air conditioning to run in Italy this time of year, a fan would be nice to keep it a bit cooler. But we would definitely stay there again!

Ottima accoglienza. Check-in e check-out veloci. Tutto il personale è molto gentile. Camera bella, ben arredata, pulita e silenziosa. Letto (per i miei gusti) molto comodo. Bagno moderno, pulito. Doccia perfetta. Colazione abbondante, con ampia scelta tra dolci e salati. Questo boutique hotel è situato a meno di 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni. La zona è bella e tranquilla. Comunque ci sono parecchi ristoranti nei dintorni. L'hotel ha un bel giardino, con servizio bar. E' vicino a diverse mete (chiesa dei Frari e la Scuola Grande di San Rocco, Ponte di Rialto, Ca' Foscari), a circa 10/15 minuti di camminata; Piazza San Marco è a circa 20/25 minuti a piedi. In sintesi, una ottima permanenza.

Located away from the main attractions (20-30 min walk to most things) which did made it quiet (which we liked) but close to the train station and bus terminal which was a plus for us. Welcoming staff and very helpful with good command of English. Room was ok, but the mosquitos that seemed to keep getting in were bothersome. Great breakfast and a very convenient grocery store around the corner which was great.

Ho scelto questo hotel per l’ottima posizione, in quanto è molto vicino alla stazione (meno di 10 minuti a piedi) che ai punti di interesse della città. Nonostante ciò, rimane comunque in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, per cui si dorme benissimo. Le stanze sono molto curate ed il frigo bar è gratuito. La colazione è buona e abbastanza varia, solo che quando siamo arrivati noi (intorno alle 9) molte cose erano già finite e non sono state riassortite (es. Pane e Pancake). Personale gentilissimo e super disponibile.
