The location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to St. Mark's Square, very close to the pier of Line 1, and very convenient to the train station. It is also close to the pier on the side of St. Mark's Square. If you buy a one-day or two-day ticket, you can go to the surrounding islands, with no limit on the number of times. You can take a boat on the Grand Canal and watch the sunset on the boat in the evening.

Perfect stay, everyone is very friendly, rooms are clean and ac works very well. Breakfast is very limited but you’ll find what you need and get a great coffee. We had an awesome view from the room. Location couldn’t be any better, very close to the main square. Next time will definitely stay here.

A small hotel which is a marvel of Venetian style, a favour! Furthermore, the staff is very kind and polite and the placé for breakfast is very elegant with silver cutlery! highly recommended for a romantic weekend.

easy walk to vaporetto and San Marco. Lots of great shopping. The church across the street is wonderful trove of art.

Fantastic location close to transport private and public. 140 euros to airport by private taxi. Or 1 and half hours by public vaporetto. Lifts to all floors. Our room overlooked the church bit noisy until midnight. Whole place tastefully decorated with interesting Italian glass and pictures. Room has well stocked fridge Kettle with selection of teas and powdered milk. Walk in shower no bath mat or hand rails. Several shower heads. Large amount of towels. Nice smelling toiletries. No separate shampoo or conditioner. Breakfast 13 euros per person, large choice but not topped up quick enough. Lactose free milk available, I did ask before booking. Surrounded by good restaurants and cafes.Reception very helpful spoke many languages. Map available of the area. 5 mins walk from St Marks. 30 mins walk from railway station. Bar well stocked. Courtyard under cover to drink relax or eat a takeaway.I have stayed for decades in this area and this definitely is the best for value and experience. 100% will stay here again.

Sebbene non abbia usufruito dell’albergo lo staffa al front line oltre che cordiale, mi ha consentito di fare una una call conference senza essere ospite. Mi hanno apparecchiato i tavoli esterni per fare un rapido snack anche se non pensavano di usarli. Troppo gentili ! Ci tornerò come ospite sicuramente
