I just loved staying at this hotel. Small boutique style. Perfect location without too much noise. The staff were amazing, so helpful and with excellent local recommendations. The room was comfortable and cozy. The cleaning staff left little sweets after every clean.it really put a smile on my face. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Venice. I will definitely stay here when I return!

The service at reception is magnificent, they explain every aspect in detail and they also give you a map of Venice and tell you several emblematic places you can go to. The trea**ent of all the staff is very good, they even gave us chocolates or cookies several times. Great cleanliness, pretty good breakfast. I loved

We were very well received, attentive receptionists gave us tips about the city. Beautiful and comfortable room, our accommodation had a bathtub. Good breakfast. You choose and they serve your dish. Privileged location, very close to San Marco square.

Très bon hôtel. Emplacement idéal, à 2 mn à pied de la place Saint Marc, mais au calme. L'accueil est vraiment super : personnel très sympathique, souriant, toujours aimable et très serviable. Cocktail de bienvenue très agréable. Petites attentions tous les jours (gâteaux, chocolats, procecco pour Noël...). Les chambres sont plus petites qu'en photo, mais très bien, modernes, claires et propres. Insonorisation un peu défaillante, on entend les gens à côté et au-dessus mais c'est le cas partout. Petit-déjeuner buffet vraiment excellent et très varié, très copieux. Pains variés, charcuterie, fruits, gâteaux, sandwiches tramezzini délicieux, etc. Thé, café, jus d'orange. Salle un peu petite en revanche, il faut souvent faire un peu la queue et difficile de pouvoir être à quatre, les tables sont petites donc c'est plutôt à deux. Petite terrasse en haut où nous avons pris l'apéritif offert le premier soir avec vue sur Venise. Le personnel est adorable et a tout fait pour nous aider dans les demandes de taxi, les conseils de visite, de restaurants etc. Pour être allés dans plusieurs hôtels à Venise, dans la même catégorie de prix, c'est vraiment le meilleur rapport qualité-prix, et le meilleur emplacement. Nous reviendrons très certainement là quand nous reviendrons à Venise.

Las habitaciones son mínimas, el cuarto de baño muy pequeño, se accede mediante un gran escalón. El desayuno es asistido, no puedes servirte personalmente, tienes que pedir te sirvan. La atención en recepción es muy buena. Al hotel le falta infraestructura.

We got stuck I. The smallest room on the planet. Not any room for a carry on to open. Had to put the tv table together with nightstand to take 2 carry one. Staff refused to move us - super rude man. Breakfast was a total inconvenience to all guests - had to wait for staff to serve in buffet style. Both of us hit our heads on the bed sconces. Bed cover and blankets were old and stinky. Closet was so small, had to remove most hangers to place 2 items inside. Refrigerator tiny and super difficult to access. Safe opened up which was a further inconvenience to access hanging items. Will never stay here again - and most of the hotels we stayed in during our trip to Italy were great! We were told all rooms were as small as ours, and we noted that other rooms were much bigger - again rude man at lobby. My concierge was very nice! Sara was amazing by providing directions.
