Perfect stay, the room was big and with all the comfort. The location is amazing, close to the famous Piazza San Marco and Rialto Bridge.
Easy to reach and our room was with view of a church typical Venice style. All the staff was helpful and kind. Thank you!

Il luogo è pulitissimo, la camera viene riordinato alla perfezione e non c'è un granello di polvere. Il bagno sempre pulitissimo. Colazione squisita e abbondante, il personale è gentilissimo, sempre a disposizione, amabile. È a due passi da San marco, sicuramente un posto dove ci ritorneremo. Consigliatissimo

Cute room, clean bathroom, continental breakfast was perfect. The location is perfect, very close to San Marco, Rialto, bars, and restaurants. Definitely recommend. They store your luggage before and after stay which is extremely helpful.

Emplacement tout simplement parfait, personnels agréables. Au troisième étage sans ascenseur, dans immeuble ancien. Petite chambre mais qui fait le job pour 3 nuits. Petits déjeuners simple mais efficace. Toute petite salle de bain. Je recommande pour un week-end.

L'Hotel è in una posizione centralissima ma diverse sono le cose che non vanno. La prima sono i materassi scomodissimi ed il letto singolo composto da una branda richiudibile con un materasso non descrivibile, la seconda è che la struttura non avendo uno spazio per la colazione viene servita e "rimediata" in camera dove non si hanno spazi adatti ; Vengono servite brioches ( buone ma credo delle Tre Marie ) cappuccini imbevibili , succhi e prodotti per colazione tutto preconfezionato e non invitante , forse converrebbe ridurre qualcosina la tariffa perchè non è un buon servizio

Esperienza super gradevole!!! Posizione perfetta a due passi da piazza San Marco!! La struttura è carina e accogliente, pulita !!! La colazione è servita in camera e il personale è molto cortese e gentile!! Non c’è ascensore ma questo è mansionato nella descrizione. Esperienza positiva ! Ma se posso dare un consiglio l’unica pecca è stato il materasso non comodo.. per il resto tutto perfetto.

It has a great location and in a nice busy area only problem it’s not actually a hotel it’s like a modified apartment where there is 3 bedrooms in each floor and each bedroom has its own bathroom. I just didn’t like the stairs to the third floor was kind a hard and mattress is too hard felt like sleeping on the floor. They also had ants in the bathroom I mentioned it to them but they said it’s because of the food

Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, was für uns nach einem misslungenen 4Sterne Hotel eine angenehme Abwechslung war. Das Zimmer wird jeden Morgen zügig gesäubert. Zum Bed & Breakfast: Bed: Die Kissen und Matratzen sind unbequem, wer also Schwierigkeiten mit dem Einschlafen hat, dem ist hiervon eher abzuraten. Breakfast: Auch das Frühstück, das man jeden Morgen ins Zimmer gebracht bekommt, könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Dennoch bekamen wir vor dem Tag unserer Abreise das Frühstück des nächsten Tages noch ins Zimmer gebracht, weil wir vor 8 Uhr abreisen mussten (Service nur von 8 bis 5 anwesend). Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Sehr zentral am Markusplatz gelegen, wodurch alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar werden. Ein Punkt Abzug wegen der Lage im Gebäude selbst: Man muss die Koffer 3-4 Stockwerke hochschleppen. Es gibt keinen Aufzug. Bei schwerem Gepäck also eher meiden. Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

Ideally situated, and very close to St Marc’s Square. Room was comfortable and very clean. There was a Mini-bar, tea & coffee making facilities TV & free wi-fi. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The amount of stairs would not make this hotel suitable for people with moderate to severe mobility issues. Otherwise an excellent accommodation experience in Venice.
