Great location, reasonably comfortable bed, hot shower and lovely breakfast. Staff were excellent. A great place to stay for a long weekend.

Sehr freundliches Personal, top Lage und ruhige, saubere Zimmer. Das perfekte Hotel für einen entspannten Städtetrip. Frühstück mit Blick auf den Canal Grande und die Rialto-Brücke - toll! Ob zu Fuß oder per Schiff, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt, um die Stadt zu erkunden.

Stayed for the Easter weekend and couldn’t have been happier with the location! The room was clean, nice decor and shower was very good. We had a comfy good nights sleep for the 3nights, being on the 3rd floor helped. The staff are friendly and can’t do enough, especially the 1 day us having an early morning trip booked and we were able to have breakfast slightly earlier :-) The views are great from the breakfast room of Grand Canal and we got used to the stairs, which was no problem! Would happily stay here when we visit again.

Conforme alla descrizione. Personale gentile, stanza pulita e spaziosa, avevamo una suite con impagabile vista su Rialto. Colazione adeguata alla spesa. Unica pecca i tanti gradini, ma erano segnalati. Sono stati molto gentili a tenerci i bagagli in reception il giorno della partenza, permettendoci di muoverci più agevolmente per la città.

Excellent experience for a couple . The hotel upgraded us for free to a “junior suite” room with a view of the Grand canal and the Rialto Bridge. The room was both extremely comfortable and clean. There was lots of space and it was amazing to open the window onto the Grand Canal and to hear the sound of the water at night. It was great to be able to check in an hour early and to be facilitated to leave our bags at the hotel for the day we checked-out. The receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Schönes, kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage. Frühstücksraum mit Blick auf den Canal Grande und die Rialtobrücke. Das bedeutet aber auch immer reger Betrieb auf den Wegen um das Hotel. Das Hotel ist im 3. und 4. Stock und hat KEINEN Aufzug. Das sollte man bedenken. Zimmer sehr stilvoll und sauber. Frühstück fein. Preis/Leistung halte ich für angemessen.

What I dont like on my stay is they always know when the guest is going out and going in. They are also very strict with visitors.
But if you’re okay with that, the place is very clean, comfortable and cozy. Friendly receptionist.

It's my second time staying here. Compared to all other hotels with the Grand Canal view, nothing beats this hotel's price. The only downside is you have to be ok to climb long narrow steps as the hotel is located on top of the building without any elevator (it's an old building). But of course, the top view is the best!
