Très bien accueilli. Petite chambre. Petite salle de bain ; ce qui va quand on ne vient que dormir. Buffet déjeuner correct. On a eu du temps chaud en avril et dû ouvrir les fenêtres, et accepter le bruit extérieur de fin de soirée. Bien situé. Merci.

After reading other reviews I had specifically asked not to be placed on the ground floor since the room would be next to the reception desk. Of all their rooms - they gave us that one. Room and amenities were not worth the price of the hotel. We would not stay here again.

Main issue here were bedbugs that left everyone with multiple bites.
Heat/AC was not working properly either.
Convenient area to stay in but cannot leave a positive review with children having bites all over.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean. Lovely breakfast buffet room with yummy food. We spent a couple of nights here and had a wonderful time. Easy walk from the water ferry bus on arrival and took a water taxi back to the airport from right outside the hotel.

This hotel has the best service and amenities. The personnel that work there spend all their time to make our stay 5 star. The breakfast!!!! I had the best scrambled eggs in my life. I am not overstating this. I only wish i had their recipe. They were moist and creamy. Their cappuccino!!! The morning waitresses added a special touch by putting hearts out of milk. The hotel is located in the residential area and is quiet. The beds were really comfortable.
