The location of the hotel is very good, less than 2 minutes walk from both piers. The room is spacious, bright and clean. The front desk service is warm and the breakfast is also very good. In short quite satisfied with the hotel with high cost performance.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel très bien situé (100 mètres du pont de l’Academie) et à 1/4 d’heure à pied de la place St Marco. Le personnel est très accueillant et à l’écoute des clients. Le loft 8 est magnifique mais mal isolé quand le client du dessus est insomniaque !

Nous aimerions connaitre un Ca Pisani dans toutes les villes que nous aimons . Cet hôtel a vraiment était réfléchi par une famille de professionnelle de l’hôtellerie qui connait bien ce que les clients attendent d’un hôtel et a réussi à combler leurs attentes . Bravo !.

We had excellent communication with the hotel from the time we booked. Very accommodating staff. We stayed in Room 11 which was very roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with everything from eggs and meats to assorted pastries, fresh fruits, and cheeses. Would highly recommend and stay here again.

Hotel has a great location near the Accademia bridge in a quieter part of Venice. St Marks about 15 minutes walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. We liked the Art Deco decor. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Had a great time.

We stayed three nights in this lovely hotel. Staff very friendly & concierge helpful with our questions for getting around the city & sights. Great location for getting around the city. We ordered a private water taxi through the concierge for our arrival into Venice & it was the best price we could find & a very smooth transfer. Nice to have access to complimentary hot drinks & water in the communal hallway. The room was at the back, quiet but very hot. We could not control the heating in the room as this had to be done from reception. We asked for it to be turned down after the first night but this did not work so well, then asked for it to be turned off for the second night. The room did eventually cool down a little. We were told not to open the windows because of mosquitos but in the end we just opened them & took our chances, we were lucky. This is my reason for a 4 & not 5 star rating as we had two uncomfortable hot nights which were out of our control - disappointing.

Tres bel hotel, particulièrement bien placé. Chambres nickels et petits salon à tous les étages. Rue silencieuse, literie super et SDB impec.. Arrêt des vaporettos a 100m, facile d'accès avec les valises. Pont a coté pour accès facile à la city. Quartier calme mais avec bons restos a proximité, meme pour les petits déjeunes à l'extérieur.. A recommander !!

The whole package at this hotel is excellent. The staff, ambience, room quality and breakfast are all really good. This was our second stay and we enjoyed the second even more than the first thanks to the attentive and helpful staff.

great location , the nicest staff you ever want to meet , very quiet , old hotel but very modern and updated property , each floor has large spaces to spread out if needed , small boutique hotel and vibe
