It's right in front of Santa Lucia Station, so you don't have to take a water bus with your carrier or walk for a long time, so it's the best location. Overall, the room condition was good, friendly staff, breakfast, and bed were good. If I visit Venice again, I think I will book here without hesitation.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, super zentral gelegen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön, groß und mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Kanale Grande. Das servierte Frühstück war sehr angenehm, da alles frisch zubereitet wurde. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und werden für unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Venedig sicher wieder dieses Hotel wählen, da es absolut nichts zu bemängeln gab. Danke auch an das engagierte immer gut aufgelegte Personal.

The room was amazing! Very clean and modern with a lot of switches for different lights and window shades. The three front desk team members I encountered were very friendly, informative, and professional. I’m very grateful they were all able to speak English fluently. The two gentleman who helped with bell services were also very kind. Location is great. You don’t have to carry luggage too far from rail or bus station. Water taxi and vaperretto nearby if you don’t want to walk all the way to the opposite side for other tourist attractions. Fair warning to not be on the bus station side if you are sensitive to noise. Not the hotel’s problem if some people are loud outside.

We arrived from the Venice Airport by bus and found it very easy and convenient to locate the hotel. However, it is a very busy area because it is the only area accessible by car. It is also very close to the train station e.g. 5 minutes distance walk. You can easily get back to the hotel from anywhere in Venice by following the direction to the train which makes it less stressful to navigate Venice. The room was comfortable for three people but did not have blinds to account for daylights, it had see through linen. We may have missed something?? You can also buy coffee and croissant close by at a reasonable price.

We really enjoyed our stay here! A perfect location close to transportation and right on the canal. Our room had windows that opened out over the canal, which was beautiful. It was very spacious and comfortable, just what we wanted. The hotel also arranged transportation to the Murano glass blowing factory, and to the airport which was so convenient. There were plenty of things to see and do within walking distance, too. We had such a wonderful time in Venice and recommend staying at this charming place.

Overall just a mediocre experience at the hotel. Very small hotel with only 1 lady for housekeeping service. We had to be very proactive to make sure our room got cleaned. Unfortunately I didn't find hotel staffs to be particularly attentive or friendly. Location wise it is unbeatable.
