The room was clean and comfortable. It was located close to lots of sightseeing spots and very nice. Great breakfast.

In realtà non abbiamo soggiornato nemmeno una notte in questo albergo ma, con nostra insistenza, a fine giornata siamo stati trasferiti al BELLE ARTI HOTEL in quanto al DOMUS CAVANIS il giorno 8 dicembre 2023 aveva tutte le camere al freddo a causa della caldaia generale andata in blocco

Very disappointed with this Hotel, we had to book in across the road at the other Hotel. Not a very nice welcoming feel at all, room was dark and dingy, our toilet seat was broken, one of the bedside lights was broken with bare wires showing, a plug socket was hanging out of the wall and the pillows were like concrete slabs. We had to go back across to the other hotel for breakfast and that was utter chaos. The breakfast was enjoyable but the room was no where big enough for everyone. Wouldn’t stay there again 🙁

Stanza che appena entri senti odore di vecchio e polvere, muri imbottiti con macchie sopra, moquette sporca, stanze in uno stabile in cui non c’è anima viva, ne reception ne clienti. Servizio pessimo. Sembra un albergo fantasma.
