Very old hotel.
The bed was slanted.
Never seen the safe box like this XD.
When I asked the concierge to send me plates, they asked me to get it from the bar by myself

Very good location near Rialto Bridge and 5 minutes walk to Piazza Venezia.
30 minutes to Venice Santa Lucia train station.
It was a red-based room, and it was a little narrow, but there is no problem if you stay without meals. The smoked salmon for breakfast was delicious.

We felt like royalty at the Ai REali di Venezia....the breakfast was very good, the staff incredibly friendly, especially the front desk personnell. Very helpful when we had questions. Bravo!!

The hotel is in a great spot - minutes from The Rialto and 5 mins from San Marco. There is a very good breakfast and staff were very good - both in the breakfast dining room and staff reception. My only criticism would be that the hotel bar was a bit drab and can only think it doesn't get very busy there. The hotel was fully booked mid January which must tell you something. I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

This is an excellent boutique type hotel just a short walk to the Rialto Bridge and various shopping. They offered a delicious breakfast included in the room and as it was our honeymoon, they took extra good care of us. The service couldn't be more outstanding. Would stay there again.

Everything about Hotel Ai Reali was perfection! From the months ahead, Elisa made sure every request was granted...she is definitely the MVP of the hotel! Everyone was simply awesome! I would definitely recommend this hotel to ANYONE that wishes to be pampered around the clock!

Beautiful hotel, convenient location, yet quiet. Staff was amazing. We felt very pampered. Their recommended for restaurants and activities were perfect. Highly recommend this hotel!!

I booked directly with the hotel for 3 nights and was surprised that the room rate fluctuated from day to day, differing from the quoted rate, which I thought was fixed. Saying that, the room was extremely spacious, the bed very comfortable, breakfast was very good and the staff were always helpful and polite. My issues are that I managed to rip my trousers on a nail that was sticking out of a flower pot in the hotel and the receptionist, rather than offering recompense of any sort, merely asked if I would like a sewing kit! Lastly, while the free Murano Island tour offered by the hotel was much enjoyed, buyer beware - the prices for glass pieces sold at the factory you are taken to can differ from as much as several thousand euros from similar pieces in Venice galleries.

Caratteristico palazzo storico restaurato. Ha un ingresso dall’acqua ed uno da tranquilla piazzetta. Molto centrale ma silenzioso. Junior Suite ampie e in stile. Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Ristorante Michelin di alto livello. Personale sempre sorridente e disponibile. Ottimo supporto anche per la organizzazione di visite.
