La posizione e’ super strategico a pochi passi dal Ponte di Rialto e a pochi minuti da San Marco. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo alloggiato era curatissimo in ogni dettaglio e con tutti i servizi che si possono desiderare. Non sono mancati consigli preziosi per aperitivi , ristoranti e mostre: tutto eccellente!

Very nice place. Staff super friendly and nice. Great apar**ent to stay with kids and/or for longer stays. Very clean and large apar**ent. Easy check in/out. Very central by Rialto bridge and close to restaurants, shops ect. Would come back another time.

We received all the information about how to get there, parking and restaurant tips for every taste and budget via WhatsApp beforehand. The welcome was very warm and friendly. The accommodation was impeccably clean, chic and comfortable. The location was unbeatable, in a small alley just 100 m from the Rialto Bridge. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but we will definitely be back.

I cannot give this apar**ent hotel enough amazing compliments! The apar**ent itself had a unique and cool decor, as well as it contained all amenities we required for a 4 day stay in Venice. It is right beside Rialto bridge and within a short walking distance to all the main tourist attractions in Venice. The property staff clearly communicated with us everything we needed to know for travel to and from the hotel, as well as lots of restaurants and options in the area. Andrea was such a delight! She provided us so much information, including providing multiple options for returning to the airport and eventually arranging a private airport taxi (boat) at the end of our stay. She allowed us to store our luggage on the day we checked out until we left later that day. I highly recommend this property!

WONDERFUL apar**ent hotel! Clean, just renovated, fine finishes, parquet flooring, wallpaper chosen with excellent taste, colors and materials perfectly contextualized, brand new bathroom, heated and air conditioned, kitchens complete with everything, TV and radio connectable to personal technological devices. Super location, you are practically on the Rialto bridge, close to everything! It is conveniently connected to the vaporetto network with two important stops nearby. Very helpful and kind staff, they always answer you within a second via WhatsApp (I must say very convenient). Among other things, they offered us a free room upgrade and put us on the top floor with a magical view of the rooftops! If I returned to Venice I would absolutely come here!
