This apartment could not be in a better location. A water taxi / gondola stop footsteps from the door, 3 minutes from Rialto Bridge on Grand Canal and 5-7 minutes from beautiful San Marco. In a quiet square on a small canal. The hosts are warm and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The interior of the building is traditionally stunning Venetian charm. Our apartment number 2 which is up several flights of stairs was spacious with everything we needed. A small, well equipped kitchenette in a lounge area. Up two steps to the double bedroom and onto the modern shower room. We slept so well on the very comfortable mattress and pillows. The air conditioning was very efficient which we needed, even in April. Such good value for money. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Amazing stay! The location was great and the space was perfect for our family of five to fit comfortably. An added bonus was the washer and dryer. There were a lot of steps to the apartment, fine for us but just important to note.

Excellent apartment/hotel in a great location in Venice. Apartment was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Reception was staffed daily from 9-2 and were very friendly and helpful. I traveled with my husband and eleven year old daughter. It was great to have a home base vs. hotel to come back to after a day of site seeing.

È stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. La struttura è comodissima alla fermata di Rialto, a due passi da San Marco e con negozi e ristoranti vicinissimi. Zona silenziosa e tranquilla la notte. Personale gentilissimo. Camera pulitissima e molto spaziosa. Tutto il necessario per la colazione. È stato come essere a casa. Consiglio vivamente la struttura

ho soggiornato alla residenza ca’foscolo per un mese. questa è la seconda volta che ci soggiorno, ed è stato fantastico entrambe le volte che ci sono stato. Eleonara ed Elisabetta sono bravissime nel gestire la residenza e molto disponibili in ogni situazione, rispondendo tempestivamente a tutte le richieste. il residence si trova in una posizione tranquilla ma comoda per visitare tutta venezia. La piccola suite con una camera da letto è comoda per 1-4:persone e dispone di quasi tutto ciò che si può desiderare per un lungo soggiorno. C’è tutto per cucinare, e un angolo cottura ha quasi tutto per preparare i pasti e vengono forniti molti prodotti per la prima colazione. si trova in un palazzo splendidamente restaurato, è arredato con cura e il letto e il divano letto sono molto confortevoli. il bagno non è grande, ma sufficiente. ottimo anche il servizio di pulizia.

We have just come home from our stay here in Venice this weekend. What an amazing weekend we had. This hotel is the perfect location, 4 minute short walk to the Rialto bridge and also roughly 7 minute walk to st marks square. The room was more than we expected, extremely clean and the bed was very comfy! The rooms are amazing, ours had a lovely kitchen area and had coffee/tea/milk included. We had extra pillows and blankets too. We had such a good nights sleep here, it was very quiet and peaceful. Elisabetta was extremely helpful and such a wonderful host! She recommended a lovely restaurant for us and it was the best recommendation, the carbonara was the best I have ever ate in my life! Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay, we would 100% book again and will be recommending to all friends and family. X

Excelente ubicación, muy cerca de los puntos principales. El desayuno fue muy bueno. Los ambientes son amplios y muy cómodos para 4 personas. Usamos el lavarropas y lavavajillas sin problemas. La calefacción 10 puntos. Eleonora, quien habla español, nos ayudo para orientarnos y nos dio recomendaciones de supermercados y lugares para recorrer. Nos ofrecieron dejar las valijas luego del checkout para seguir recorriendo la ciudad sin el equipaje. Uno de los puntos que teniamos dudas era moverse en Venecia con el equipaje (3 valijas medianas) pero no fue un problema. Desde el aeropuerto nos tomamos el Alilaguna, nos bajamos en el puente Rialto y en 300 metros llegamos al Hotel.
