We are a couple in their 30s, the location is excellent with a view of St Marks Cathedral and the Bell Tower; it was so central to everything and easy to go back and change or rest between tours (I uploaded a picture from our window). The front desk was not very helpful or friendly compared to other hotels and experiences in Venice. Also, the breakfast offered was really limited only very running scrambled bacon and very over cooked eggs were the hot foods offered. I wouldn’t pay more than $210-$220 a night for this hotel.

This was the nicest hotel that we stayed in our entire Italian honeymoon. The staff are friendly and attentive, the rooms are luxurious, and the bathrooms are just so nice. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were a nice size with a stunning view, plenty of storage space.

If you want to be a couple of steps far from St. Mark Square , this is your hotel! . Lovely decor , romantic, elegant, a must! . Highly recommended for couples in a romantic gateway!.

An extraordinary view from the room. The room is very comfortable, very well soundproofed. We couldn't hear the crowds on St. Mark's Square. The view from the small balcony is exceptional, directly over the basilica. Breakfast is taken in another establishment located 2 minutes' walk away. It's great to walk around the city that hasn't yet been invaded. Breakfast is taken by the canal where the gondolas pass. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. In short, we would happily return. A stay in the heart of Venice is idyllic

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The check-in was quick and easy, the staff extremely professional and friendly, the location is nothing short of perfect, the room was stunningly beautiful, clean and comfortable and the view...!!!
It would be nice to have a kettle in the room to have a hot drink in the morning or the evening, but that's not a big deal.
The breakfast (which is actually served in a sister hotel a couple of minutes away - perhaps because I visited in winter?) offers a great and tasty selection.
I guess that in summer when Venice is busier, if there are people hanging out on San Marco square late at night it might get a tad noisy but unless you're a very light sleeper I can't imagine it being a big problem.
Overall, this is a gem and there is no doubt whatsoever that the next time I'm Venice I will stay there again.

The hotel is very well located, a stone's throw from Saint Mark's Square. The staff is very welcoming, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Very good hotel for a short stay in the heart of Venice. Breakfast is served in another establishment but very good

Top accommodation in a great location and very personal service. View of St. Mark's Square (see picture)! We enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this place. Thanks to the good sound insulation, you sleep like on feathers and the accommodation with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, sauna, living room and kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. You just have to experience it for yourself...😁👍
