The toilet is mouldy. The location is considered relatively inconvenient if one has heavy luggage given the bridges and stairs.

Great hotel at just 150 meters from San Marco Square. Great and friendly staff at reception. The location is very close to all the attraction but in a very quiet street. Very nice of the hotel to offer a discount on purchase in their Patisserie, next door (probably the most famous in Venice). Great room in modern style and very well decorated. Will definitely come back next time!

This might be the best bang for your buck in Venice. We couldn't have asked for a better hotel! The rooms and beds were so comfortable and very clean. The receptionists were extremely welcoming and helpful with recommendations. There is also an amazing cafe at the bottom of the hotel. Location was incredible - very close to the Rialto Bridge and St Marks Square. We will definitely be staying here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling to Venice!

Fabulous. Attentive, very helpful staff. Room spotless and has everything you require including free continental breakfast. Bed comfortable and spacious. Central location to all attractions and not far from ferry. Highly recommended

Overall we had a really nice stay at the Rosa Salva. The rooms are very nice, the staff was helpful, and the hotel is in the perfect location. Being just a few minutes away from all of the major attractions, the hotel is really convenient to swing by and take a quick rest or bathroom break. We also really loved the cafe downstairs and got coffee there both mornings we were there. My only (small) complaint is regarding the air conditioner. They make you call the front desk to change the temperature below 21C (69.8F). They did this for me right away with no problem, so it is not a huge issue and I am sure is just an attempt to be Eco-friendly.

Check in excellent, room cleanliness outstanding. Unique architecture in the room with exposed ceiling beams. Coffee shop pastries were delicious. Bellman attentive and knowledgeable, went to great lengths to explain operating room amenities, I.e., lights, heating/ac, tv, etc.
