The toilet is mouldy. The location is considered relatively inconvenient if one has heavy luggage given the bridges and stairs.

Great hotel at just 150 meters from San Marco Square. Great and friendly staff at reception. The location is very close to all the attraction but in a very quiet street. Very nice of the hotel to offer a discount on purchase in their Patisserie, next door (probably the most famous in Venice). Great room in modern style and very well decorated. Will definitely come back next time!

Wonderful, cosy, clean and great location to the main attractions. Would certainly stay here again. The staff were really helpful. Would recommend.

Check in excellent, room cleanliness outstanding. Unique architecture in the room with exposed ceiling beams. Coffee shop pastries were delicious. Bellman attentive and knowledgeable, went to great lengths to explain operating room amenities, I.e., lights, heating/ac, tv, etc.

La chambre no. 7 est un peu étroite mais elle est une des seules à avoir un balcon privé. Un plus. Lit et oreillers super confortables et endroit très silencieux. À moins de 5 minutes de la Place St-Marc. Nous recommandons sans hésitation.

The Rosa hotel is an ideal location to St. Mark's Square and restaurants.The hotel staff was friendly, gracious, and very accommodating. They arranged for someone to meet us at the train station and connect us to the water taxi and walked us to the hotel. The shower was terrific. It was very hot, with lots of pressure, and lots of room! The room was nice, the bed was comfortable, and the temperature regulation was easy. A bakery was located next to the hotel and you received a 10% discount on purchases, The hotel staff made reservations at local restaurants for us, Would recommend this hotel!

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait à quelques encablures de la.place san Marco et du pont rialto.les chambres et les parties communes sont très propres et modernes.le personnel est très sympathique. Rien à redire sur cet établissement
