The toilet is mouldy. The location is considered relatively inconvenient if one has heavy luggage given the bridges and stairs.

Great hotel at just 150 meters from San Marco Square. Great and friendly staff at reception. The location is very close to all the attraction but in a very quiet street. Very nice of the hotel to offer a discount on purchase in their Patisserie, next door (probably the most famous in Venice). Great room in modern style and very well decorated. Will definitely come back next time!

Couldn’t be a nicer hotel, clean, modern and amazingly friendly staff. Definitely would recommend l. Love the cafe that’s with it and although we didn’t have bead and breakfast we still had a lovely coffee and breakfast there, even with a 10% off for staying there.

Love this hotel. It’s a five minute walk to St. Mark’s Square. Restaurants and stores are all nearby as well. Rosa Salva Pasticceria is on the ground level of the hotel so it’s very convenient. The junior suite was beautifully appointed and very clean.

The staff were delightful...so helpful. The room was also great. The hotel is in a great location and is ideal of you are away for a weekend and are short of time.
We will definitely be staying here next time we visit Venezia/Venice
